Our Courtly Check® Enamel Pie Plate is oven-safe up to a maximum temperature of 400 degrees; be sure the plate is at room temperature before it is placed in a warm oven.
9.5" dia., 1.5" deep, 4 cup capacity
Heavy-gauge, hand-glazed steel underbody with hand-painted Courtly Checks, rimmed in bronzed stainless steel. Pieces may vary due to the handmade nature of each product.
Oven-safe to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Dishwasher safe; For best results, hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Do not microwave. Our enamelware exceeds both federal food safety regulations and California's Proposition 65, the strictest environmental safety standards in the U.S. Handle enamelware with care and discontinue use for food service if it becomes chipped, cracked, or broken.
